Özkan Yıldırım - CEO
As chief executive officer, Ozkan helps clients solve their toughest and most vital challenges.
Ozkan Yildirim is the founder and CEO of The Street Finance. He ensures that the firm continue to meet the changing needs of our clients. He also chairs advisory board member of several start-ups and act as an investor in the start-up ecosystem.
Prior to establishing The Street Finance, Ozkan was a partner in Deloitte during the last ten years. He had served in several leadership positions within Deloitte, including Consumer Industry and Automotive Sector Leader between 2016-2021, head of Deloitte Bursa office between 2012-2018 where he established Bursa office in 2012 and lead of real estate sector between 2010-2012. Ozkan has worked extensively in the automotive, consumer, retail, healthcare, energy, and real estate sectors. His leadership on client service teams in Deloitte led to gain global recognition within Deloitte in more than 30 countries. His international experience includes working with high-profile clients on audit, merger and acquisitions, cost transformation, growth strategies, complexity reduction, and merger integrations.
Prior to joining Deloitte in 2007, he worked at PepsiCo more than two years as business development and sales budget senior manager. He also led operational compliance, efficiency, and revenue management projects.
He began to his career at PwC in 1997 as an audit associate. In 2001, Özkan was relocated to PwC New York Office. He gained extensive experience in the US business practices, US GAAP particularly in the consumer, retail, venture capital and private equity fund sectors based on the requirements of PCAOB and SOX 404 regulations for more than two years.

Ozkan is also an author or co-author of numerous reports, articles, and papers about strategic business issues for the automotive, consumer, real estate sectors and market trends. Ozkan publishes frequently his articles in business periodicals and is a public speaker on various platforms.
Educated at Istanbul University, Economics BA in English where he was also lecturer about auditing and reporting standards between 2012-2016.
He is an enthusiastic sailor and also passionate about environment and sustainability.
Ersin Çağan
Partner
Ersin graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics, in 2003 and worked at Deloitte Turkey between 2003 and 2025. As part of the Global Mobility Program, he joined Deloitte Canada’s Toronto office audit team in 2008-2009, gaining extensive experience in finance and auditing.
His areas of expertise include US GAAP, IFRS, and TFRS, as well as M&A, financial analysis, and financial & operational audit. Ersin has audit experience in the energy, manufacturing, and automotive sectors and has worked extensively on group audit coordination for large publicly listed companies, Audit Committee reporting, and M&A transactions.
He holds a Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) License in Turkey, a Public Oversight Authority (KGK) Independent Auditor License, and is a member of the Turkish Association of Independent Auditors.
